I click the button and nothing happens.
Sometimes apps just lockup for no reason. Turning the app off and back on usually does the trick. Also, if you are in an area with poor connection, it may just be taking time to connect. Push the «About Us» button and see if that works. If you still have problems, send us an email.
I got a message that says it can't retrieve data.
You are either in Airplane mode, or you don't have a connection, either WiFi or 3G. You will only get that message if there is no internet connection.
I don't see the latest show on the list.
Sometimes the feeds are a bit tardy catching up. If you notice this, please drop us a line, but usually they are up to date within 6 to 12 hours. And thanks for listening!
Where are the beer videos? And what about those commercials? And the other stuff...
