We're enjoying classics on this show - beer and burgers. Rick has unveiled his Hefeweisen homebrew and we're comparing it against several other Hefs. I've got a great recipe for Double-Smoked Cheeseburgers with Spicy Onion Relish that is a new twist on an old favorite, the cheeseburger.
