We rant about sushi restaurants, give you the homebrew update with special guest Craig from Brew Bubbas and a good cause. We kick off the new year with some fantastic beers from the O'Fallon Brewery of O'Fallon, Missouri. These guys create some wild flavors with great results. We sample six of their brews PLUS we reveal a stealth beer from one of the giant corporate brewers (hint: their initials are AB) and put it head to head against it's competitor to see who is the King of Stouts. On the news front, we debut our new snazzy intro and Rick Lyke from 
The Big Foamy Head entourage made a pilgrimage this past May to see the legends of blues, soul and rock and roll - Jerry Lee Lewis, Booker T and the MGs, B.B. King and the Godfather of Soul, James Brown. JB was the last one we expected to leave us, but leave us he did on Christmas this year. Open that special beer you've been saving and join us for a half hour farewell to a true pioneer in the music business and the Hardest Working Man in Show Business, James Brown.
We are two for two with a second show featuring fantastic Belgian-style beers! Allagash Brewery delivers the goods, and we warm up with a 400 year old recipe for Wassail, which is basically hot beer with liquor added. Yum. Also on tap is some original Memphis Music from BlueJazz, reports from the field from Rick Lyke with devastating NASCAR news, and animal stories galore. Susan joins us again, and we give an update on the topless club and manatee situation in Memphotown. Great beers and a great sendoff to Christmas.
From Cooperstown, NY, the Home of Baseball comes Brewery Ommegang - «where brewing is an art and partaking is a passion!» Each of these beers were a treat.
