We are back with the Belgian beers! We dive into some Belgian beer action with a fine selection from Westmalle, St. Rochefort and Orval abbeys, as well as some other abbey-style beers. The show snacks this week are an easy to make dish of Barbecue Nachos, a local favorite. Music comes to us from the WDIA CD. It is always a religious experience when you mix monks and beers, so join us for the indulgence.
We take a trip down the Bock beer avenue and experience the rich malty goodness. Susan and Trey join us to help offset the liver damage caused by this high alcohol beer. Great music from Memphis legends, pillow fights and Smoked Shrimp - enjoy!
